LIABILITY WAIVER

In full consideration of K9 Nose Time classes and events understand that sometimes the unpredictability of dogs could result in personal injury or death, as well as extensive property damage. Knowing the risks, I agree to assume all those risks including but not limited to, assuming the financial responsibility of any response litigation arising from any incident in which I may be involved in. I hereby release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge K9 Nose Time®, it’s agents (including but not limited to event location agents or owners), employees, directors, administrators and contractors from all actions, any and all manner of claims, demands, causes of action, damages or suits whatsoever, in any way directly or indirectly, connected with, or arising from K9 Nose Time®.  In addition to the above, I understand that participating in K9 Nose Time® classes and events, even as an auditor/observer holds some risk. My dog and I may be exposed to challenging, treacherous or unstable footing and accept all possible risks associated with such participation. 

REFUND POLICY

At K9 Nose Time, we offer a refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a 14-day full refund policy. If you request a refund within 7 days of the service being provided, we offer a 50% refund. Please note that all transactions will attract a $5 processing fee, regardless of whether a full or partial refund is requested. We believe in the quality of our services and aim to provide the best customer experience possible.
