This class will be held on facebook groups and will have 7 zoom meetings. Up to 60min.

Live Dates (will be recorded): Jan 12, 19, 26, Feb 2, 9, 16, 23

Zoom meetings will be every Monday. They will be recorded if you cant make the live.

Optional – All teams can post 1 x 2 min video per week or 2 x 1 min videos per week for a short review if you like. You must post the video before Friday.
