Refund Policy

At K9 Nose Time, we want you and your dog to be delighted with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

  1. Refunds accepted
    Items may be refunded within 14 days of the delivery date.

  2. Condition of items
    Items must be in unused condition, in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

  3. Exclusions
    Refunds do not apply to:

    • Custom or personalised items

    • Items marked as final sale

    • Products that show signs of wear, use or damage (beyond original shipping condition)

  4. Refund process

    • Contact us at Gabbi@k9nosetime.com.au with your order number and reason for refund.

    • Once approved, please ship the item back to the address provided.

    • You cover the return shipping cost, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

  5. Faulty items or wrong item shipped
    If the item you receive is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong item, we’ll organise a full refund.

  6. Shipping & timing
    Items must be shipped back within 7 days of refund approval. We’ll process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.
